1. Booking & Confirmation
A charter date is considered confirmed once Ocean United has received a 50% deposit of the total charter cost. The remaining balance is due in full on the day of departure, prior to boarding.
2. Eligibility
Charters may be booked by individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the charter.
3. Conduct Onboard
Guests are expected to follow the reasonable instructions of the crew at all times for the safety of everyone onboard. Ocean United reserves the right to end a charter early, without refund, in cases of behavior that endangers passengers, crew, or the vessel.
4. Weather & Safety
The captain has final authority over whether a charter departs, is altered, or is cut short due to weather or sea conditions. Ocean United will make reasonable efforts to reschedule charters affected by conditions outside our control.
5. Liability
Charter guests participate in water-based activities at their own risk. Ocean United maintains appropriate safety equipment and trained crew, but guests are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or limitations relevant to their safety onboard.
6. Personal Belongings
Ocean United is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onboard. Guests are encouraged to safeguard valuables throughout the charter.
7. Changes to These Terms
Ocean United may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of booking will apply to your charter.
